ASSET SEARCH INFORMATION POLICY
Asset search information to enforce recovery of a judgment or court order will require a copy of the judgment or court order. A copy of any agreements submitted by the judgment debtor and all information in your possession regarding the judgment debtor will assist in expediting our search for assets.
ASSET CHECKS:
In these matters, we have agents
who are experts in the field. American Process is capable of locating money,
realty assets.
We can trace assets of all kinds, as well as in the name of corporations or
assumed names.
We have been retained by judgment creditors and we have, in most cases, amassed
enough information to enable them to successfully enforce their judgment.

BACKGROUND CHECKS:
Our staff investigators
collect information and evidence pertaining to all activities, past and
present, of the subject under investigation. We locate prior residence,
educational background, current financial condition, criminal history, and
matrimonial history. All background investigations are done without alerting
the subject of our inquiries. This prevents improper revelations of scandalous
behavior and protects our client's anonymity.
ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION AND
RECONSTRUCTION:
Our agents have a long established
history of expertise in the investigation of all manners of accidents. The
prompt and proper investigation of accidents is practically vital to the
understanding of the case by any interested party.
In the matter of automobile accident investigations, our agents have been
employed by attorneys for the plaintiff, which accounts for most of our
assignments.
In the case of an automobile accident, our investigators initially examine all
available documentation such as police reports and interviews contained in the

POLICE REPORTS:
Under the provisions of A.R.S. 39-121 public records law, Police and Accident reports are obtain from the law enforcement agency investigating the incident. This information is important if you have been involved in an auto accident or have suffered some kind of loss. It will provide the names, address and sometimes the phone number of witnesses and the name, address and phone number of the other party involved, just in case the other party did not produce proof of insurance.
RESEARCH AND ASSETT SEARCH:
Research and information is obtained from all public and some private resources available. This information is extremely valuable to anyone contemplating litigation or to someone who has prevailed in litigation and now wants to enforce the judgment to recover any non –exempt funds. Photographs are taken only upon request at a rate of $10.00 per snap shot, or $50.00 per video, plus surveillance fee.

Witness interviews are conducted to obtain pertinent
information regarding most personal injury cases. In most cases, the witness
name address and telephone number can be found on the police report. These interviews can be conducted in both
English and Spanish.
VICTUM INTERVIEWS:
We attempt to interview victims or relatives as soon as possible after an incident/accident while the situation is still fresh in there mind. This is done at home or a hospital if necessary depending on the circumstances.
PROOF OF INSURANCE:

Services for LANDLORD - TENANT ISSUES:
Residential Forcible Detainer:
We provide the support service in this area from the initial notice, 5 day notice for non-payment of rent or immediate termination of occupancy. The court documents necessary to proceed with the eviction action are filed and served, you are provided with a copy of the Certificate / Affidavit and conformed copies of the documents served.
Commercial
Landlord Lockouts:
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 33-361(A) we make all the necessary arrangements to execute a lock out, with the proper notice and state statute copy attached. We arrange for all necessary locks to be changed by a licensed and bonded locksmith, notify the proper authorities, and security company if any. We also arrangements for a private security guard to post if necessary. Property remaining on the premises are subject to the Landlord’s lien for unpaid rent pursuant to A.R.S. § 33-361 (D)
JUDGMENT ENFORCEMENT:

An owner of residential rental property
shall maintain with the Assessor in the county where the property is located information
required by this section in a manner to be determined by the Assessor. An out-of-state owner of residential rental
property shall designate and record with the County Assessor a statutory
agent who lives in this state and who will accept legal service on behalf of
the owner. If the property is owned by a corporation, limited liability
company, partnership, limited partnership, trust or real estate investment
trust, include the name, address and telephone number of the business entity
and the statutory agent. A person who fails to comply with any provision of
this section shall be assessed a civil penalty of one thousand dollars, plus
an additional one hundred dollars for each month after the date of the
